Met with owner. Discussed complaint. Rental #4 Water heater on lot is old, rusted with exposed electrical wires. Water heater shall be replaced. A permit is required for installation. Rental #6 Plumbing line installed using incorrect material to repair plumbing system (green water hose). Hose is intended for temporary use only. Owner must install pvc water line water hook up intended for long term use. Commercial property requires a licensed Plumber and permits for plumbing repairs |
