524 pm - Called out to site by TFD. Fire concentrated to the north part of the mobile home. Damage to walls - drywall, insulation and ceiling. Unable to determine if structural members are burned or damaged. There is burned and bare electrical wiring. Smoke damage to the rest of the home. Per TFD, electric service was off prior to the fire, and TEP did respond and remove the meter. Per TFD, SW Gas responded prior to my arrival, and meter was already pulled prior to the fire. Naviline indicates Water was disconnected for non payment in March 2024. Multiple windows are busted out, needs to be secured. Front and rear doors need to be secured. Owner of the property arrived on site and refused City Contractor to board the structure, he is going to secure it himself. He did sign the NAO and the EAOV forms. The mobile home is condemned unsafe to occupy and was posted with a red tag. A Residential Addition Alteration Permit is required for demolition or repairs with use of a licensed contractor. -VM |
