Observed trash, debris, and overgrown vegetation in the Kinnison Wash. The wash and the property (8201 E Stella Rd) to the south is owned by the City of Tucson. I have forwarded the pictures and notes to the Homeless protocol, as well as, to my supervisor to arrange for ES to clean the area |
