ON SITE THERE IS NO ACCUMULATION OF REFUSE AND DEBRIS IN THE FRONT YARD. HOWEVER YOU CAN VISIBLY SEE FROM THE STREET REFUSE AND DEBRIS IN THE REAR YARD. THERE IS ALSO A TENT IN THE REAR YARD AND APPEARS TO BE A HOMELESS INDIVIDUAL LIVING IN IT. |
