ON SITE WITH TPD THERE WAS ONE BROKEN EXTERIOR WINDOW LEADING FROM THE BEDROOM. THE UNIT WAS VACANT AND HOMELESS WERE BREAKING IN. CODE ENFORCEMENT SHOULD NOT HAD BEEN CALLED. COT BOARD UP SECURED THE WINDOW. CODE ENFORCEMENT TOOK NO ACTION. |
