909 am - Cracks in bricks were sealed with caulking or other type of similar material, would appear to protect the interior from the elements. Did speak with tenant who states she has had no issues. She allowed entry into the unit and I could not see daylight coming into the unit. There are no apparent signs of the roof sagging or other damage as a result of the cracks. Violation is abated, close case. -VM |
