Called out to site by TPD. Arrived, found unit has no water, water meter locked off for non payment. Per TPD no electricity on property. Unit was vacant and owner of trailer not on site. Property manager was called to secure the unit. Property manager was able to lock front door and screw shut the rear door. Was able to board rear window opening. Unit was posted unsafe to occupy. -VM |
