Usually there is outdoor furniture refuse and trash and debris surrounding the dumpsters on the south side of the property, at this time, there is not an accumulation of trash around the dumpsters, however there is in the alleyway still. Spoke to property manager at this time about the violation, court date and time and how to abate. Stated they will clean up the alleyway before court and work on future prevention of illegal dumping, and accumulation of trash in that area (around the dumpsters and alleyway).
06/30/2025 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up Passed On site at property. The trash and debris in the alleyway has been abated at this time. There is trash surrounding the dumpsters now. Spoke to workers on site, the dumpsters were clean last week, reports of illegal dumping. Spoke to manager, although they have signs up now for no illegal dumping, stated they are looking for ways to prevent illegal dumping.

08/26/2024 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up In Violation On site at property. Spoke to property management and went over all the violations. The refuse, The disrepair brick wall, the trash and weeds in the easement, the JMVs on property. They were compliant. Sent notice of violation. At this time they are showing compliance, and handling the violations on site. If these violations are NOT abated within the next 30 days will move forward to CITATIONS.
09/26/2024 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up In Violation 9/26/24 - On site at property. Property has made progress towards abatement. They have removed the junk motor vehicle on property. They rebuild the brick wall that was broken before. However, at this time there is still an accumulation of refuse, trash, piles of branches, debris, mattress, etc. surrounding their dumpsters, area (they also have no dumping signs up). There is an accumulation of trash in the easement area too. They stated, they had it cleaned the day before and the refuse and trash had already accumulated from yesterday. Will be moving to citation as this is an ongoing issue for this property, with no real resolution.
