Arrived and the units were still on site and had one person on the sidewalk by the front entrance. Did talk to the person and was not the person that the owner had rented to. The water was off on request from the tenant living in the house and not staying in the house at this time. The owner does not want the people on the property to be in the house and wants it vacant. Did advise that they need to leave and he was trying to get the water back on. Did advise that he needs a contract or a lease from the owner that he will be staying on the property to get the water back on knowing that the owner will not give paperwork to that person. The person called the tenant and he was told he did not care what happens to the contents and hung up. At that time the started to leave. T.P.D. did clear the house and than I locked all the windows and doors. The owner came to the site and signed the paperwork and changed the locks. Did post a Do Not Enter on the address in the front of the house. RV. |
