Tpd was called out due to suspicious activity, upon their finds they contacted code enforcement due to hazards found. A generator was being used to back feed the compromised electrical service panel with arch damage. Southwest was called out due to their meter being bypassed with pvc in a hazardous manner. The fire sprinkler system has been modified and has been plumbed to supply water to the house as a main source of water. Tucson water has been notified of the bypass loop for their tampering investigation. Owner was advised of city’s action and reoccurring violations with same offenders occupying the condemned home. Owner stated he will have property secured and acknowledges the re-offense. Property has been posted unfit to occupy, notice and order posted on site. Closing case. |
