1243 PM - Arrived to property and found two footers completed and two duplexes under construction. Found permits T21CM00493, T21CM00495, T21CM00496, & T21CM00497 in issued status. Called and spoke to complainant who states he had a concern about his fence being damaged by the construction, which would be a civil matter not to be addressed by Code Enforcement. He states the construction company made it right by him and he has no other concerns. Will close case as unable to verify any violations at this time. -VM |
