At 3:22 pm B&B Supervisor reports back all refuse in the alley has been removed. Close case. ALSO: talked to the owner about reports of people walking around on property at night with flash lights. Owner verfied TEP does have service at the property. Not sure why people are walking around with flash lights. Close case
