On site wth manager and tenant. The front door is damage and will not close properly. The fan cover is missing in bathroom. The ceiling above the tub needs to be repaired. Kitchen sink will into bucket. Globe is missing from light fixture above the bathroom sink. Tenant stated there was water in the globe. While on site there was an agreement between manager and tenant they will move into another unit today. |
