unit 401 has no electricity since 3/13/2023 and they are tampering with the buildings electric to provide electricity to this unit. I made contact with the tenants and informed them that I will be condemning the unit today and they will have to vacate. I am giving them an hour to gather their belongings and vacate the unit. Unit was cleared of people and condemned. I had the management board up the unit after and I posted do not enter notices |
