Attempted contact at front and side doors, there was no answer. Called and spoke with responsible party, she states home is being used as housing for individuals on rehabilitation programs and has approximately 18 or 19 residents. She was unaware of the need to apply for a Certificate of Occupancy (C of O.) Advised will send a 30 day notice to obtain a C of O or cease operations. -VM |
