Owner flipping several house on historical property site. Windows removed, windows replaced with metal frame windows, doors and windows removed and covered up with stucco. Interior and exterior includes electrical work. Interior work involves structural, gas, plumbing, hvac. No Zoning or Building permits on file for any of the work. Issued a stop work order. Advised owner no work... Not even tiling or cabinetry work is to be conducted on site until the Zoning and Building permits are approved and issued. NOV issued on site to owner. |
