Found 2 men inside the house. The roof was leaking water into the house since it has been raining the past several days. The two men were cleaning up the water and putting plastic on the windows to prevent further water damage to the structure. Walked the entire exterior and interior. No work has been conducted on site since I did a STOP WORK order on 3/22/23. Owner came by while on site and stated he hasn't done any type of construction work. He does have his workers on site to clean up the roof leak and to place plastic on the windows to prevent any further water damage to the house. Owner stated he is still working with the Building and Zoning Department he has no intentions of doing any further work until he gets all his approvals. Neighbor came by and met with the Owner. They discussed the property concerns. Owner still in compliance with the Stop Work Order. | |
