Tenant states rats and rodents are coming through the space into the apartment. He provided me a police report number from TPD stating an armed man entered his apartment in the middle of the night through the unsecured attic. Hole in drywall behind toilet - cover is not secure and needs to be caulked/sealed to close hole in drywall. Tenant states rodents entering apartment through this hole. Cabinet door under sink cabinet missing. Rodent droppings present in kitchen on the stove and on the kitchen counter, as well as in the pantry. Issue 30 day notice. -VM |
