Asbestos testing is complete, and is in process of having blower motor replaced then drywall will be replaced. There are no rodent droppings in the living area, bedroom, bathroom or closet, which would be expected in a vacant unit if an infestation was still present. Will follow up in approximately 30 days. -VM
09/14/2023 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up Passed 1107 AM - Reinspected with maintenance supervisor on site. Attic access has been repaired in bedroom closet. Wall flange has been secured to wall near toilet. Cabinet under kitchen sink has been replaced. Drywall around blower motor has been repaired. No rodents or droppings observed. Violations have been abated, will close case. -VM
