Communication called that T.P.D. on site with electrical issues on the property. Arrived and the units were still on site and found a extension cord connected to the neighbor at 9733 on the west side of the house and appears to be connected to the main electrical panel inside the dead front. The electrical has been turned off since March 8 for non payment. Did check the water meter and found a lock and the City of Tucson hub has been broken to get the lock off. The lock has been drilled and found the blue paperwork letting the occupant know that the water is off. T.P.D. did clear the house and found a dog in the house and no occupants inside the house. The rear sliding glass door was opened and entered to check the house to clear. PACC was called to the site to remove the dog. Did call Tucson Water and went over on what has been done to the water meter and will be sending someone to check the meter and lock the hub on the occupant side. Will be calling Arcaiden Industries to the site to have the house boarded up due to having issues and the main occupant has died and not sure who is staying in the house. When T.P.D. arrived and had 6-people on the site around the carport area. A female removed the extension cord when checking who was on the property. The person who owns the house was not on site and have no phone numbers to call. The person that died has been in the house for some time. One of the persons that was on site may be the son of the dead person. RV., |
