ON SITE AT PROPERTY THERE IS A LARGE ACCUMULATION OF RUBBLE. IT LOOKS AS IF A BLOCK WALL REPLACED A CHAINLINK FENCE AND THEY LEFT DIRT AND RUBBLE IN THE ALLEY BEIND THE PROPERTY. |
