| 03/17/2023 | COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial | In Violation | Communication called that T.F.D. on site with a car into building. Arrived and T.P.D. was on site with the car into the east side of the unit. The person in the car was transported to the hospital for medical reason. The car went into the SE corner of the unit. Car had to be pulled out of the wood frame wall with shearing and stucco on the exterior and drywall on the interior. Found a wire that was being pulled and cut and was damaged when pulling the vehicle out of the wood frame wall. Was not able to make contact with the management or maintenance and called Arcaiden Industries to the site to have the opening secured. The masonry wall on the barrier of the property has been damaged and called Biff Baker Fence to have fence panels installed to block the area off Speedway Blvd to the common areas of the property. When finishing up the maintenance supervisor showed and signed the paperwork on site and took copies. Did do the posting of Do Not Enter on the front window of the unit by the main entry door. The security guard was on site and tried to call the management with no luck. Did call inspector SAM to come to the site to check the damage. With the daylight was able to see a crack following the floor for the second floor on the exterior stucco. RV. |
