248 PM - Weeds exceed 6 inches on property and in abutting rights of way and alley. No trash or debris behind the property in the alley. Front post on carport has severe deterioration/rotting and no paint on bottom third of the post. No paint remains on remaining facia/eaves. Attempted contact at front door there was no answer. There is an extremely strong smell of animal urine or feces that can be smelled multiple feet from the front door. -VM |
