No signs that indicate car towing business being run at property. Checked on-line to see if owner is advertising towing business. No tow trucks on-site. Did see a lot of dirty animal cages and saw a lot of small dogs bunched up in a small cage in the back yard. Very sad. Lots of flies and piles of trash and refuse on property plus weeds. Knocked at door and checked to see if there was some one at the back end due to the amount of noise I heard coming from the back yard area. Did not see anyone on the lot. Did see a few vehicles parked on the west side of the property. However, there is no code that states how many cars can be parked on a property lot. This lot is pretty large lot. |
