Individuals on site state there is water active, unsure who tampered with water. Gas is locked off at meter. Posted structure unsafe to occupy. -VM | |

Found the carport has been enclosed. Called and spoke to owner, who allowed permission to enter in exchange for issuing a 30 day notice instead of a citation. Entire home is being remodeled. New electrical lines, fixtures, boxes have been installed throughout entire dwelling. New 2 x 4 walls installed in various locations. New plumbing ran in the north central part of the home. Appears a window has been enclosed in this area on the north facing exterior wall. What appears to be the rear porch has been enclosed and turned into living space. Concrete has been dug into for what would appear to be plumbing lines. Evaporative cooling system has been removed from roof, likely will be converted to a central HVAC system. No permits on file for any of this work. Posted a stop work order and NOV on site. -VM |
