ON SITE AT PROPERTY THERE WAS NO ONE IN THE OFFICE. THE SIGN IS POSTED FOR OCTILLO APARTMENTS AND HOTEL. A NEW C OF O WILL BE REQUIRED FOR THE CHANGE OF USE. PERMITS ARE REQUIRED IF THERE HAS BEEN ALTERATIONS TO THE INTERIOR ROOMS TO INCLUDE A KITCHEN FOR APARTMENT LIVING. |
