Owner removed all the weeds and refuse off the property. All graffiti has been removed. Storage (bricks and wood) owner is planning on using for repairs to the building. Owner is currently working with PDSD to obtain Zoning approvals and Building Permits. Will allow storage of lumber and bricks to stay since the storage is well under the 25%. Close case |
