243 PM - There is a passport RV AZ T9A 3WL parked south of this home partially obstructing the right of way. Knocked two times, no answer. There is no water hooked up. Did search Airbnb for three different dates, could not locate a listing for it. Not able to confirm it is occupied. Did find a new electrical outlet mounted to the block wall and ran into a rain gutter, was installed with no permits. There is a cord running from the outlet to the RV. Called and spoke to owner, states the RV belongs to him and is vacant and not lived in. Advised will send a 30 day notice of violation. -VM |
