The office called that a trailer is blocking the alley to pick up the containers in the alley. Arrived and there is a 5th wheel in the driveway and someone staying in the 5th wheel in the front of the house in the driveway. Did talk to the person in the 5th wheel and did advise that he will need to move the 5th wheel due to blocking the sidewalk and going into the street with the front of the 5th wheel. There was no trailer in the alley at this time. Did do a N.O.V. to Vacate and posted it on the door. No one was home at this time. Have been to the site before for tampering with the electrical. The 5th wheel is connected to the electrical on extension cord and the water hose. No connection to the sewer at this time. Will check the site tomorrow on the moving of the 5th wheel. On site with inspector Bigman. RV. |

The vehicles are going past the middle of the street to go around the 5th wheel. Both did sign the citation at this time and will mail the owner of the property his citation. The extension cord and the water hose were both remove while on site. The person in the 5th wheel is moving items out of the 5th wheel and working on getting a vehicle to move the 5th wheel from the property. Will submit the citation for process for the arraignment on 4-13-23. |
