No one home and left a card on the front door. The horse is still on the property. The property has trash and debris and tall grass and weeds in the alley. Did call the owner of the property and the son is the person renting the house. Will do N.O.V. and post on the door and mail to the owner. RV. |

Met with the owner on site and the horse will be removed from the property. Did go over that the horse can't be on the corner of the property and needs to be inside the property with setbacks and includes being away from the house. Did take pictures for citation if the horse not moved and the owner was advised of the citation. Will check on Friday if the horse is moved. RV. |
