Also noticed a large pile of cut vegetation behind the wall on the property in the front yard area. Discussed Brush & Bulk. Suggested owner contact Brush and Bulky and schedule a pickup. Gave owner the phone number to B&B and also my card. Will fu in 2 wks.
06/22/2023 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up Passed Front yard refuse all removed!! Alley stuff still on site. Called B&B and asked if they could remove the stuff from the alley. B&B agreed. Close case.
