This property has 2-units on the property #1 in the front and unit #2 in the rear where a masonry 4" wall was installed to separate the unit next door. The wall is under 5' in height and approx. 50 l.f.. The front unit has a wood frame porch that will need to be checked of a permit due to the front wall. Did go over the issues on getting the permit and where to go. Gave my card and the phone number to call zoning at Planning and Development Services Department to check on the cost and what is required. Will do N.O.V. RV. |
