119 PM - Received a call from owners agent stating work is complete. Returned and found the broken window has been replaced. The porch area and the area surrounding the electrical transformer have both been cleaned and are free of trash and debris. The gate of the porch is chained and padlocked, and is secure. Observed no homeless on site. All violations abated, close case. -VM |
