On site, I observed an open chain-link fence, which I re-secured with a city lock and chain. I issued a citation to the owner and will be scheduling a cleanup with a city contractor, once authorized to do so by management. I was unable to located the owners telephone contact. Also there was a for sale sign posted, I called the number and left a VM |

The trash, debris, and overgrown vegetation were removed from the property. The property was sold and the new owners let me kno they will keep it clean moving forward and it will be turned into a JARS Retail store |
