Observed an individual living inside of the R/V that had an electrical cord and a water hose running from the R/V to supply utilities to the R/V. I condemned the R/V, removed all the utility cords/hoses and made the individuals vacate the R/V. I also tagged the R/V with a notice to Keep Vacant and an order to abate. |
