I spoke to the tenantand the owner. the owner claims that the property was pruchased as it is now 6 yueas ago and has undergone no rennovations. As for the hot water heater, he claims that it is being replaced and the tenant hasnt ben accomodating in terms of scheduling. The tenant disputes that saying that she hasnt heard about a replacement or scheduling. There is not a code violation to pursue at this time, which I explained to both parties. I will be closing the case |
