Onsite with TPD, inspectors A.W. and D.Q., due to lack of utilities condemned property. Verified with TEP no active electric for both units, TEP cut power at pole for both units, water shut off and locked previously by Tucson Water, had SWGAS remove meters for both units, only one unit was active. Owner was utilizing 3 generators for home electrical. Home has solar panels, according to owner they are currently non functioning. Excessive refuse and debris throughout property. Excessive outdoor storage blocking access to utilities (gas and electric). |
