Fire damage to back unit to window and frame, roof, fascia, electrical fixtures, smoke and water damage throughout. in addition there is excessive refuse and debris throughout property. Property is vacant and is to be secured by city contractor. No utilities are active at property at this time. All repairs require permits. |
