On site at property. Lot is being used as a used sales car dealership, no cars at this time on the lot, however there are signs, a small office trailer and a lot area with a fence using wood poles and ribbons. Spoke to owner about the lot, they stated they have not done business just starting it up. STOP WORK ORDER with notice of violation of T.C. CH. 16 SEC 16-4 PERMITS REQUIRED posted on front sign. Owner is aware stated they will obtain a permit and work with code enforcement. Will follow within 60 days. If complaints of being business being conducted at this site before official approvals will result in a citation, contact code enforcement for a re inspection. |
