210 PM - Arrived on site and found a single family residence with 4 parking spaces in front yard. Spoke with a couple of residents on site who state they live here and they allowed access to property. Did observe signs inside home and setup of home is consistent with some type of a group home operation. I counted 5 residents on site at time of inspection. The house manager was not on site. Will require additional research. -VM |
