Met with occupant. Occupant showed me a small crack in the plaster on the wall, the floor and baseboard and exterior on the owner side of the wall. He mentioned the wall being bubbled and the mold. Did not see paint bubbled or signs of the paint ever being bubbled. The flooring did not show any signs of flooding. He mentioned the bathroom did not have a vent. The bathroom had a window,. Did not see any signs of flooding or long term water intrusion or structural damage. Let occupant know I did not see any of this and will be closing out the case. |
