On site at property. Spoke to front desk receptionist, at this time did not see any missing flooring titles or any interior/exterior tripping hazard by entrances. Doors to exit the building, open from the interior but lock from the exterior. The main office has an ice machine for customers, just ask front desk, the other ice machine keeps getting broken by unwanted guests or customers regardless of repairs (there is a note on the ice machine telling customers to go to front desk for ice). Will follow up on the emergency case CE-VIO0226-00957 for permits after 60 days of NOV date. Case closed. |
