Knocked at the front door and spoke to the owner regarding the complaint. The elderly woman stated her daughter was patching the side of the house where the stucco got old and was breaking away. I viewed aerials from 2005. The site looks the same from 2005. On the ground looking at the property I did find that the west side of the house had extensive amount of stucco work. Pictures taken. It appears the owner also is enclosing the back porch. Wood placed on the west side, foam and chicken wire. The small structure behind the front porch has a water heater located on the south side of the small house. The flu pipe is well below the roof line. picture taken. The owner also added a few bricks to the top of the wall. Pictures taken. It does appear to have any ADU located at the back of the house. However this structure has been there since 2005. pictures taken. A large shed was built inside the setback on the east side of the house. The shed showed up in aerials taken in 2018. No permits on file for this shed. |
