There is a large portion of ceiling drywall that has collapsed. The entire structure shares an attic space per TFD, and there are signs of fire and smoke exiting the structure along roof and attic vent. It is unclear if there is damage to electric in the attic due to fire or firefighting activities (water) however per TFD water was heavily introduced into attic space of entire structure. Electric meter off by TEP and gas meter off by Southwest Gas upon arrival. A permit shall be required for electric reconnect. A damage report shall be submitted by a licensed contractor to determine the extent of the damage to this unit to determine what repairs are required and if they need permits, otherwise one permit for repairs to the entire structure shall suffice. City contractor secured unit. Unit is condemned. -VM |
