The entire structure shares an attic space per TFD, and there are signs of fire and smoke exiting the structure along roof and attic vent. It is unclear if there is damage to electric in the attic due to fire or firefighting activities (water) however per TFD water was heavily introduced into attic space of entire structure. Electric meter off by TEP and gas meter off by Southwest Gas upon arrival. A permit shall be required for electric reconnect. A damage report shall be submitted by a licensed contractor to determine the extent of the damage to this unit to determine what repairs are required and if they need permits, otherwise one permit for repairs to the entire structure shall suffice. Unit is condemned. The carport has been converted to living space and is attached to the dwelling, possibly without a permit. Research will be needed to determine if a permit was pulled for this work. City contractor secured unit. -VM
