There is extensive fire and water damage to the unit. Front door heavily damaged, front window broken. Roof structural members at the north half of the unit have fire damage. At the rear (south half) of unit, there is a large hole cut into the roof and the roof around it is sagging. The roof structural members have severe fire damage, they are cracked and heavily burned, and missing portions of them. There is bare and burned electrical wiring throughout, with visible copper electrical wire, and burned and damaged switches. Rear windows are busted out. The garage has drywall cut out in the ceiling, fire and smoke markings coming out of the wall between the unit and garage. TEP secured power at the meter and gas meter is off upon arrival. City contractor boarded front door and front window, 2 rear windows, and screwed shut back door. Unit is condemned. A licensed contractor shall make all repairs with an Issued Residential Addition/Alteration permit. -VM |
