Observed a trailer that has an attached carport. The carport abuts the neighbors trailer to the west. According UDC 18.13.045 a detached accessory structure such as a carport is exempt from setback requirements if built prior to 1998. However, this property has an attached assessory structure (carport) and requires a permit or compliance review. |
