Research required: Research findings Property annexed into the City of Tucson September 20, 1956 at 12:00 AM: Research finds 6 additions to the property lot: 1) PROPERTY FENCE/WALL 2005 the property had a chain link fence. 2006 the back wall and front wall installed (no permits or site plan) 2020 cinder block wall installed on the east and west sides of the property lot. Wall height increased. 2018 wrought iron gate installed to the lot. 2) SHED IN THE BACK YARD: 2005 no shed in the nw corner of the lot. 2012 shed/small bldg now located in the nw corner of the lot. 2020 parapet installed to the bldg. 2024 Air conditioning unit installed to the roof of the small building. 3) BACK PORCH: 2006 back porch extended to the west. 4) ADDITION 2016-2018 Large addition added to the back end of the main structure. 5) LARGE BUILDING IN NORTH WEST CORNER: 2018 No large building in the north west corner of the property lot. 2020 Large white building appears on the property and now connects to the smaller building located in back yard of property. 6) CARPORT: 2005 No carport located on the west side of the house. 2016 the carport appears to be attached on the west side of the main structure. *** 2008: permit to reconnect electrical upgrade 100 amps T08EL00149 EXPIRED ***2020: PC-Detached garage T20CM05269 EXPIRED ***T20OT00658 Floodplain use issued with a statement that owner must comply with plans on T20CM05269 which is expired. |
