05/04/2026 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up In Violation House is still without power and the backyard has not been cleaned and the trash and refuse has not been removed. No vegetation has not been removed.

The home will be boarded up and the house will be put in CONDEMNATION status.

A Notice of Violation is being issued and the property will be abated for cleanup as the owner lives out of state and has a very hard time tending to property's needs.

06/26/2026 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up In Violation At the property with realtor. Still unable to gain access. PACC called due to dogs on the premises. Order to Vacate posted.
07/01/2026 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up In Violation On site with the realtor. Realtor had the locks changed. The property is vacant. Dogs are no longer on the property. Photos were taken of both interior and exterior of the property. Property is unsafe to occupy. No electric, no water, accumulations of cat feces, hole in ceiling, large amount of junk and trash inside the home. The exterior had growth of vegetation exceeding what is allowed by code, two junk motor vehicles, a junk trailer, large amount of vehicle parts, large amount trash and debris, and inoperable refrigerator being stored outside. Realtor is listing the property "as is", with the understanding that the new owner will be responsible to correct the violations.
