The exterior had growth of vegetation exceeding what is allowed by code, two junk motor vehicles, a junk trailer, large amount of vehicle parts, large amount trash and debris, and inoperable refrigerator being stored outside. Realtor is listing the property "as is", with the understanding that the new owner will be responsible to correct the violations. | |
