On site and at this time there has been more work on the property than just the upgraded electrical panel that has a permit and stucco added to the exterior. There is currently a new A/C, windows, doors and electrical work near the front door. There is also a box that contained a bathroom vanity which could indicate additional work on the interior. Unable to verify at this time. Spoke to homeowners. Will send link to apply for any required permits. |
